«Creativity at work is fast becoming one of the most important and in-demand skills» (World Economic Forum). According to an online survey – «Innovation and creativity in the youth field» – conducted by 8 youth NGOs participating in this application in June 2019 with 264 respondents, 67% of them (youth workers and leaders) state that they find it difficult to identify/create action alternatives for their beneficiaries outside mainstream thinking, leading to low active participation and engagement of young people. Their main objective is to improve or design their youth programmes so that they can respond to the challenges faced by Millenials: difficulty in getting a job that uses their degree, stress and depression, financial instability, lack of mentoring, unequal education system, lack of experience, stereotypes. Based on the data collected in the survey, the 8 youth NGOs focus on preparing a network of highly creative and skilled youth workers to design quality learning environments for young people. The main objective of the project «Creativity and social entrepreneurship for all» is to develop, by October 2021, the creative and innovative potential of 100 youth workers through a non-formal training course, 20 participants who will share their newly acquired knowledge with 160 other local youth workers through new curricula on creativity and design thinking and an e-learning tool: a creativity toolkit.

«La creatividad en el trabajo se está convirtiendo rápidamente en una de las habilidades más importantes y demandadas» (Foro Económico Mundial). Según una encuesta en línea – «Innovación y creatividad en el ámbito de la juventud»- llevada a cabo por 8 ONG juveniles que participan en esta aplicación en junio de 2019 con 264 encuestados, el 67% de ellos (trabajadores y líderes juveniles) afirma que encuentran dificultades para identificar/crear alternativas de acción para sus beneficiarios fuera del pensamiento dominante, lo que conduce a una baja participación activa y compromiso de los jóvenes. Su principal objetivo es mejorar o diseñar sus programas para jóvenes de manera que puedan responder a los retos a los que se enfrentan los Millenials: dificultad para conseguir un trabajo que utilice su título, estrés y depresión, inestabilidad financiera, falta de tutoría, sistema educativo desigual, falta de experiencia, estereotipos. Sobre la base de los datos recogidos en la encuesta, las 8 ONG de jóvenes se centran en la preparación de una red de trabajadores juveniles altamente creativos y preparados para diseñar entornos de aprendizaje de calidad para los jóvenes. El objetivo principal del proyecto «Creatividad y emprendimiento social para todos» es desarrollar, antes de octubre de 2021, el potencial creativo e innovador de 100 trabajadores juveniles a través de un curso de formación no formal, 20 participantes que compartirán sus conocimientos recién adquiridos con otros 160 trabajadores juveniles locales a través de nuevos planes de estudio sobre creatividad y pensamiento de diseño y un instrumento de aprendizaje electrónico: un conjunto de herramientas sobre creatividad.
